When you buy this, you may want to order an extra copy to give as a gift as so many of us struggle with changing how we eat!
This book does a great job of clearly defining steps to take to improve your diet and overall health. We are what we eat! It’s amazing how eating a clean diet can positively effect your health and cure mystery diseases. I HIGHLY recommend this book if you are suffering from poor health and need to change your diet in a way that is not overwhelming.
Fun, easy read with valuable tools to help each of us move to a more healthy life style. As an example, I found the "Your Health History" questions particularly valuable in stepping back and looking at what my body has been telling me (and I have been ignoring) for years.
